The Japanese word "Bakka" means fool or idiot. In different major cities of Japan it has interestingly differing connotations. "Bakka" in Kyoto means someone who doesn't appreciate culture. In Osaka it refers to a person who can't make money. In Tokyo it is reserved for someone who can't sense the prevailing wind......
